Your data is never shared with other organisations and we make every effort to ensure your data is secure.

For the purposes of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) the Data Controller is Good Night Baby Ltd.

Your data is held for as long as you use our services, it is securely destroyed after 2 years. 

If anything were to happen to your data we would endeavour to inform you. 

 

HOW WE COLLECT DATA

We collect the data submitted by you through our website and our Google email. 

If WhatsApp and Facebook Messenger is your chosen point of contact please ensure you are familiar with Meta Services Privacy Policy which covers these platforms: https://www.meta.com/en-gb/help/accounts/meta-privacy-policies/. 

Information may be obtained during virtual consultation via Google Meet or Zoom. 

 

THE DATA WE COLLECT

We collect data offered by yourself and by using the website contact form, email, WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. This information is collected solely for the purpose of supporting you to achieve your sleep goals.

This information includes:

• Name, email and telephone number.

• Baby or child's age including sibling ages.
   

During the initial consultation a paper record is generated recording first names, baby or child's date of birth, your telephone number and email address. We also record minimal key notes such as allergies, nap routines, the difficulties you are experiencing and your sleep goals. The only person who can access this information is yourself and your named Sleep Consultant. 

We will never ask for sensitive data such as your race, ethnicity or religious beliefs.

 

PAYMENTS

We use your submitted information to create an email invoice using the Xero platform, i.e. your name and email. Banking transactions are completed through CashPlus Bank. We never obtain or store your banking information.  

 

COOKIES

“Cookies” are small pieces of information sent by a web server to a web browser, which enable the server to collect information from the browser. They are stored on your hard drive to allow our website to recognise you when you visit. Cookies do not give us any personal details about you. We do this to improve your experience of our website. If you choose to ‘opt out’ of cookies it may impact on the functionality of our website.
